We aim to bring in the unique and modern take on these famous dishes without compromising on taste or flavor. Some of our famous dishes include Awadhi style lamb shanks that are simmered for extended hours in spicy yogurt gravy, and then there is Amritsari Masala spiced fish which is pan roasted to perfection after marinating in aromatic spices.
